There are many different cycles with miscellaneous requirements in Test IO. In these, there may be some issues about test environments (eg:no one can open the test url), there may be testers' questions about the test cycle etc. However in some of these cycles (the number is quite a lot), we do not see the TL online and do not hear any TL reaction till the end of the test (sometimes even the entire test). This makes the test cycle ineffective and inconvenient for all participants (For testers, TLs, Customers and of course for Test IO). I recommend to make the first two hours in every cycle mandatory for Test Leaders to join cycle and answer the questions in the chat. Thus, the problems about the test environments, the questions of the testers etc. will be solved (if there is something that TL can help) at the very beginning and the cycle will be much more effective and beneficial for all of the cycle participants.
