A team leader rejected the report with the status as not followed instructions or out of scope.
A tester won the dispute.
A tester's quality index was damaged even if the dispute was won.
I propose to remove the negative status (not followed instructions or out of scope) for a tester in the system if the tester has won a dispute.
Why should a tester suffer from a team leader error?

I am not sure about the negative status here. But if there is a negative point or status for a "won dispute", this suggestion should absolutely be executed.
