In invitation e-mails, a test's start and end dates/times are displayed. Since tests can only start at full hours Berlin time, e-mails only show full hours as well. This causes problems for testers in timezones where their time difference to Berlin's time is between two full hours. For example, New Delhi's time is 4 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Berlin's time, so if a test is supposed to start at 6 pm Berlin time, that is equivalent to 10:30 pm New Delhi time, but the invitation e-mail will state that the test will start at 10 pm and thus cut off the 30 minutes.
This is problematic for testers' time management. In the given case, testers want to start testing 30 minutes before the test actually starts. The other way around, testers might log in, then realize the test already started 30 minutes ago and that they are late.
An easy fix is to use a time format in invitation e-mails that considers minutes and not just full hours.
