Let's think a bug is either rejected by TL or customer which already includes 3 reproductions. All reproductions are valid. But since original bug is rejected, no bonus is paid for both original bug owner or reproducers. But original bug owner opens a dispute and it is successful. Then, dispute bonus is paid only for original bug owner. Reproducers are not paid even if their reproductions are valid. I believe this should be changed because reproducers too made a valid contribution and they have spent some time to reproduce bugs. If bug is mistakenly rejected either TL or customer but accept after successful dispute, I think reproducers also should get the benefit of payment. This is my idea.

These cases are not isolated and indeed it is unfair. I experienced this myself and was extremely disappointed. The tester will receive at least some bonus for his work, but those who made reproductions will not. even though they pay for those reproductions that were accepted by TL, but the bug was rejected by the customer. there, not only do they pay pennies and the number of places for reproduction is limited, so they definitely won’t suffer big losses, but reproduction is very important information because it gives an objective assessment because they reproduce on different gadgets, operating systems, browsers, with different types of connections, and so on further a huge collection of factors. So I'm definitely voting for it. And the Test io team really needs to think and make the right decision. And judging from today's conditions for Test IO, the final quality of the product is not important, but only enrichment from orders from customers and so that the customer does not pay for the work done. There are many customer which reject every forwarded bug in a test cycle. And When i reproduce a issue. And see rejected bug with accepted dispute. I hate it. Because I wasted my entire time reproducing these issues. It's 10+ reproduction. I get 0.00 euro. Seriously.
