I suggest for a great testers to make a reward system.
Now the great tester has only one advantage: it is an opportunity to choose any of his devices for testing, if three great testers are not already registered in the cycle.
You can take advantage of this advantage quite rarely. I propose to make a reward for great testers for the quality of reports. For example, if the quality of reports is more 80% then add to the total amount some amount per month.
Ideal if there are four stages: > 80, > 85, > 90, > 95. This is more motivating testers to do quality reports.

This is already implemented. Now we have Tester Level system with different benefits.

I always appreciate more payment :) but I don't like it that some testers are getting less money for the same work. Therefore I would not add this benefit for 'great testers'.
However to link the payment with the overall quality score sounds interesting for me. I see a bit the risk that testers might hesitate to report bugs which are not bullet proof (but valuable).

Meadde: It would be more convenient if the system was more balanced. For example, I see top testers always receive invitations first and first add reports. They do not receive an invitation late when the cycle has already been started.
I think the question here has signs of partial demonopolization.

Meadde: "some testers are getting less money for the same work"
The statement is not entirely true, great testers could have spent more time to analyze and compare their testing outcomes to ensure consistent delivery of valuable and high quality work to the customers. So they deserve reward for their extra work.

The advantage of being Great Tester currently is that you can join tests, even if they are full. There are 3 reserved seats for Great Testers.
"opportunity to choose any of his devices for testing"
- there is no difference Great Testers vs Non Great Testers
I guess what you mean is the 'Favorite Testers' feature - some customers can 'Like' bugs and their 4 most favorite testers are invited without device restrictions.
To provide more transparency I will release an Academy article soon.
