Payout for bugs in the streaming device cycle is very high because testers need to have equipment and it takes more time and effort to find bugs than in other normal cycles. But the payout for reproducing bugs is still low, I think increasing the payout for reproducing bugs will encourage testers to 'fill' reproduction positions more quickly

Can't agree entirely. People would only focus on reproducing and not so much in finding actual bugs. Although €0.20 is not that appealing either. Maybe an even better suggestion: to keep the 10% payout but increasing the maximum from €0.50 to let's say €1.50 (more or less). Now this makes more sense for streaming device cycles (or others) in which the average payout is higher... reproducing a bug that pays €20.00 to only receive €0.50 doesn't feel right and it's discouraging.

In my opinion the payout should be increased. And there should not be a limit as max "0.50 Euro". Reproductions for critical/high bugs which have higher payouts should also increase according to the payouts. For example the reproduction of a bug with "15 Euro" should be "1.5 Euros" with the current payouts.

Each severity should be estimated at 1 euro
