I understand that if you create more bonuses for any goals (for example, a bonus for 5 accepted errors in one test), more contests to improve the quality of testing, the winner of which receives a cash prize. This will motivate testers to develop and improve quality.

Thank you for your suggestion! 
We already have a system where bug reports that are liked by Team Leaders are rewarded with bonuses. Our tester level system also offers a range of benefits and opportunities. Additionally, good testers can be involved in paid tasks related to the Community.

I agree with the main idea but the quantity parameter may result in worse quality. In my opinion, there may be bonuses for reports' quality and interesting findings.
