When a cycle arrives, the tester sees the cycle type, cycle requirements, and what's in scope. Next, testers begin to add bugs, and the opportunity to add reproductions. The default for each report is 5 reproductions. However, this rule may change, for example, only one reproduction can be established per report.
That's why it was very convenient if the system notified the tester that only one reproduction was required for one report.
P.S. So you add reports, and you think in a couple of minutes I will add a reproduction (because you think that 5 reproductions are available on the report), and then you open the report and see that only 1 reproduction is available and all the ability to add reproductions is closed.
