Tester should be able to request change of assigned device if not compatible with the app on test

Unfortunately testers often get a device ( like older tablet) assigned, that is not compatible with the app to test. In this case the tester can only quit the test. There should be a way for the TL to change the assigned device of the tester in such cases ot there should be another possibility for the tester to request a device change.

I would suggest the option of choosing a different device for technical reasons with video evidence of the inability to test on the requested device. This function can be limited to, for example, three times a month. If the tester correctly and truthfully provides evidence, then the number of possible transitions per month can be increased, otherwise, on the contrary, reduced.

There is another workaround for great testers. Wait for the second half of the test cycle when all devices are available. Not the best option, but it's there.
