Current situation:

Tester can't submit bug using Tab and Enter keys for creating new step. After hovering to "Add new step" button using Tab key and pressing Enter key, focus is still on the "Add new step" button. So, user should click on the step field using mouse to type in it.

Suggestion:

After hovering to "Add new step" button using Tab key and pressing Enter key, cursor should appear in newly created field and user can start typing immediately.

Benefit:

User will be able to fill all fields using keyboard only, without touching a mouse. It's much faster and very convenient.
