The snapshot of bug report(including attachments) should be created immediately after submitting a bug report for detecting on possible violations such as placeholder or copy-pasted bug report.

In current moment, the testers are noticed when some of their colleagues post a bug report that looks like a placeholder and tester should cost own valuable time on recording a violation.
Creating the snapshots immediately after submitting the bug report should make the detecting placeholders very simply. The snapshots should be created and saved for every bug report to folder on top right corner of the bug report(look at the screenshot). Every tester and TL can review the files and make a decision: Placeholder / not placeholder.
This feature request will solved the problems with creating placeholders and every tester can easily to create the clear bug reports, according to rules on the Academy.

Hello! Thanks for your suggestion! This process has already improved. We have implemented the feature which allow TLs to define if the report was created as a placeholder.

It would be better if there was still access to the first attachments of the report (even if they were replaced or deleted). These attachments will be deleted only after receiving the summary and reviewing all disputes of the cycle.
